   I contacted Julian x 2 to asked if he would be able to rectify the black that’s been left on our mats. They look worse than they did when they went in especially in those areas. I’ve had no response even though he’s checked his messages. So the two stars are mainly because his costumer service is poor and the mats look mucky, when you’ve paid £100 you don’t expect to be ignored.

   Excellent service from Julian and what a lovely chap he is, happy, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He completely renovated a leather sofa and footstool for me, when he'd finished with it it looked like new again.
