How do you get in touch with anyone? Trying to phone up the Liz Earle stand to cancel an appointment as I’m sick and you can not speak to anyone! The number just gives you automated replies and will not let you speak to anyone. What a ridiculous system and such poor customer service
For the past 6 years I get my fav fragrances from Boots,as they offer attractive discounts,great customer service and friendly staff(I have to mention Angela)also loyalty points
Went in close to closing time and was treat awfully, being told to hurry up and then was told the wrong door to exit through as they closed the others, then was treat like I was stupid for asking where to exit. I only wanted one thing, took me at most 2 minutes to shop and purchase it.
the old lady behind at medicine clerk is not friendly. I took two to three medicines to her place（that old lady）and some vitamines. though she is not busy （she is not serving anyone at that time），she claimed as i took vitamine so she can not checkout for me. i just wondering is this a right thing？ i could still remeber her face and the gesture at that time to let me go away，just because i took any other items so that i need to go any other place to checkout. i just wondering if it is a right thing？
Got what I needed. Happy, etcetera. Flight socks are a bit expensive, but if they help keep spider veins at bay, the price will be worth it. I bought these as I am stood on my feet at work 12 hours a day.
Security guards very intimidating and wrongly accused me of shop lifting in front of customers. It was humiliating, can't even shop without them staring at you in every aisle very rude,ruined my shopping experience here.
Great, as always. I found exactly what I wanted, and the lady at the checkout could have been a bit more smiley, but we all have off days, especially in this weather!
Not happy with the service, no staff, lots of waiting around to be told couldn't purchase the item we wanted! It was the way we were told not the fact we couldn't buy it. I've got to say the lady who eventually served us was very pleasant.
