Ordered a Playstation Vita game from them late Sunday night, it arrived by Tuesday morning. Very well packaged and was £5 cheaper than they ask for it at CeX. So would definitely recommend them.
Prices are reasonable and they’ve got a very good selection, but the best part about it is the custom boxart that they draw for CDs/DVDs with missing cases. Definitely coming back here. :)
Went in today to buy a camera and was welcomed by the nicest sales team I’ve ever met. What really impressed me was Ben took the extra step to ensure my satisfaction. They took a picture of me with the camera so I could see its quality firsthand. Not only did Ben capture a great shot, but Ben also made sure I was happy with the camera's performance.I was sold after 2 mins!!

This helpful store has always let my fiancée browse Animal Crossing Amiibo cards to her heart's content! Always friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have. I've personally seen the staff handle quite challenging customers very well, which is to their credit. My only improvement would be to have a dedicated horror movie section, but that's my personal bias talking ahaha!
My first experience with this business was on Wednesday the 15th of February. I was looking to trade in my copy of Pokemon Ultra Sun. The service at the til was done by an employee by the name of, Niahm, I believe (apologies if i'm mistaken). The experience was very pleasant one. Friendly, patient and gracious as I bumbled around( like usual) and since my phone's internet was playing up I could not provide ID despite asking for cash in exchange. I was allowed to bring ID the next time. Once our interaction was finished I was left with an impressive first impression. My second experience was on 17th of February when I wanted to trade in my copies of Final Fantasy 7 and 9. They were not accepted as the store does not sell PS1games which is fair enough. In the end we did settle for selling a copy of High School Musical 3 for Nintendo DS. The interaction was like the first was an acommodating one. I forgot to ask the server's name but congratulations on the Baby Bank certificate by the way. 18th of February was my next visit in which I came to trade my RTX 3070ti. I did bring my order invoice with me this time but mister photographic memory accidently left the folder containing it on the bus. The graphics card needed to be tested and was left at the store and once again I was allowed to present ID again at later date. Today is the 19th and I will be coming in to collect either the amount agreed upon or my card should it fail. Regardless, I suspect my time here will be no different that the previous three times interacting with this business. Most of my purchases made are online (as one will see later today with the amount of invoices I bring). I have heard before over the years that it is important to support their local businesses and this week has taught me to truly appreciate that message thanks to Trade Me In and it's class staff. TL;DR ---- Do yourself a favour and visit the store. By Daniel Sales
I'd been looking for a new lens for my camera having looked I several shops and no luck I thought I'd have a look in Trade me in and found just what is I was looking for. The lens cost me £99.95 and worked perfectly. The member of staff that served was very helpful.
