   Absolutely fantastic cheers Andrea as a guy I'm not used to ordering flowers arrangements but Andrea talked me through the everything colours of flowers and even helped me out what to put on the cards as I was getting bit emotional she worded it perfectly and the arrangements were outstanding beautiful more tears oh thanks so much Andrea you made so many happy with your beautiful flower arrangements and tears of happiness and surprise thank you so much xxxxx

   Attended today to order two lots of flowers. I found the lady to be quite unfriendly. Really felt like it was too much trouble for her. I did order one bunch as i needed the flowers for christmas gifts but she didnt appear happy about my request to make up a personal bouquet of flowers and talked me out of ordering a personalised bunch of flowers for my neighbours. Left feeling quite disappointed about the service we recieved and still need to find an alternative florist who is happy to make up a small bunch for the older couple next door. Its the second time we have used these and the previous lady we dealt with was so much nicer. They do make up beautiful flowers but the service isnt all that friendly or helpful. I think unfortunately we may be finding an alternative florist for future orders. No Christmas cheer at all.

   The lady at the time that served me was lovely, kind and warming. The service she gave at a time I needed the most to put bunches of flowers together at a busy time for the florist. Just want to say thank you to her.

   I can not say enough good things about this lovely shop, I have been in three times now to order different things and each and every time I am helped on every detail, from the colours , the style and the outcome every time had been absolutely fantastic. Debbie helped me so much and was so kind , helpful and so professional! I would never go anywhere else now I have had so brilliant service here.

   We went to look for foam floral rings for our wedding to make table arrangements. There was one person there she may have been the owner. She was helping someone else but never addressed us coming into the store. I asked her if she worked there she said yes, I asked if she had the rings .. yes.. what size. I told her I didn’t know how many inches of a circle I would want. The woman then asked if I was making my own. I tell her yes, and she becomes uninterested. She made a smirk noise and said I’ll get a couple in a minute. Turns and ignores us. We feel like eww she was a bit nasty. We leave she watches us walk out. I would not go back here for anything. A small Business should treat everyone with respect, especially in Cass. She didn’t know how many I needed, but more importantly she could have used this sale to build a rapport with me and sell Me other items. She didn’t take the time to see why I was making arrangements. Rude unprofessional and honestly a lot of the items looked used. I would avoid and go somewhere else.

   Hired the champagne bar and his staff for our daughters 18th party. Andrew Robinson was absolutely amazing at helping us organise the party overall. Helping me get other things hired for cheaper. We couldn’t be more thrilled with their help, as without them, it wouldn’t have gone as smoothly. Recommend these guys 100% for parties! Thanks so much for everything xx
