   Can’t really say much about the shop itself, as I went to the currency exchange, but i ordered online and it was ready in plenty of time, it was a quick and easy process and I was In and out no dramas, the woman who served me was pleasant and helpful.

   Always able to get xmas gifts here if i cant think of something for someone. The store was bright and tidy and staff are always jolly and helpful. Great selection of food and clothing and homewares. Coffee shop was nice too and toilets available. I just love M&S.

   I marketed them down today. The food was good although a bit pricy but I found myself helping other guests , older guests who couldn’t carry there food or coffee along with there walking sticks, which involved me waiting the for them as they were after me It looked like the two servers just don’t notice or care? Of course I’d carry the plates for anyone I don’t mind but it did feel like I was a member of staff

   This is a good size Marks and Spencer’s on Fargate, Sheffield so not far from the railway station, tram and bus routes. I didn’t go in to the Food Hall today, although I have on previous visits , as I was making a specific purchase in the clothes section. This branch has a good selection of sizes and colours in most items; all very clean and tidy too. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Edit 2025: Bisited the cafe for a much needed cuppa. Lovely, quality crockery, great staff and very clean.

   Called in today to have a coffee and piece of cake. This was lovely however the cafe was a complete mess. I counted 9 tables with dirty trays and cups on my other half had to clear a table so we could sit down. I have to say I expected more attention to detail with an M&S cafe. Very disappointed only one person making coffee so massive queues. Took at least 15 minutes to be served my coffee. Staff need to pay more attention to cleanliness and clearing tables especially when there is nowhere to put your dirty trays and table clearing is reliant on the staff to clear the tables.

   When I do a full shop using a full trolley I do not accept that I have to use self checkout. So you can deal with putting all the items back as I refuse to accept NO SERVICE from you - I’m disgusted.

   Went to the ladies toilets yesterday Sunday 27/11/22 and they were absolutely disgusting and dirty. Three toilets out of order and the others bunged up with toilet roll. I know this store is closing down but whilst it is still open you need to keep it clean especially the toilets. The store is on Fargate, Sheffield.

   Now, bizzarly the best store in centre of Sheffield. (Sheffield city council hold your head in shame, how you have allowed the city centre to become so vacant, dirty, derelict, and un welcoming. )
