Absolutely horrible customer service. Went there today and it was worse than last time I have been there. The woman in the glasses is very unhelpful and can be rude at times. Won’t be back there. Shame
Such very friendly staff who are very inclusive and work very hard and I'm really proud of them and it sells lots of cool things
Very good a clean shop
I went with some great charity items to this centre I know it was just after lock down and appreciate how busy they were. But the greeting and tutting and unhelpfullness I got from the woman who was behind the counter was unreal. If I have items again I think I'll take them elsewhere. Friendliness and politeness has definitely died in our customer services whether voluntary or not.
Love the shop friendly helpfull staff always a bargain to get
