Natalie was extremely friendly and easy to talk. I was in a lot of pain with my neck and she made me smile for the first time that morning! Very helpful and helped me with the issues (neck in spasm and a reaction to a bite) Many thanks

My wife and I are always made to feel welcome with Natalie at Peelhouse Medical Plaza. She always takes allows time needed to get to the heart of the issue and offers honest, professional advice that is tailored to the patient. She shows care and empathy that few others do. Natalie is our "go-to" clinician at the Plaza. Well done Natalie and thank you to the very pleasant reception staff who always try to assist, despite the pressures that have been brought onto our Health Service.

Excellent appointment as always. I felt listened to and supported to make decisions about my care. I recently attended with a change in a mole. I was seen same day, referred urgently to the hospital and the practice team followed up with me to check I had my appointment. The outcome was surgery for a skin cancer and the speed at which Dr Botham acted and the care and support from the practice has been amazing.

A disability bus pass application form was posted to Doctor Woodforde from Halton Borough Council which he had received on the 8th April 2022. This was application form was not done until the 18th May 2022 and I did not receive the bus pass until the 04th June 2022. It should not have taken this long for the form to be signed and possible attachments to be posted back to Halton Borough Council. I have a medical condition which does not allow me to drive and having that bus pass is a necessity for me.

Been here for years and finally given up and need to swap surgeries. Can't get appointments, app doesn't work, receptionists are rude and want personal health information so they can decide urgency of appointments. Avoid.

Great practice let down by rude, arrogant and condescending reception staff. I can't believe that 2 people before me and myself were told if we needed help to go register at a different surgery. Then due to these comments and the resulting respond be told your attitude is out of order. All you want is the results of testing and help with illness not be given a mental condition due to the way your dealt with. Not worth complaining they will only speak with their staff and do nothing to help you. Sad when the nurses and doctors here have helped me for 36 years but I guess i should take the advise given and find a new surgery hopefully many more will follow her advise and then something will be done
