It’s a lovely-looking shop with a nice selection of locally made children’s clothes. I went in hoping to find something nice for my baby. I said hello, and the staff greeted me back, but she then kept chatting with another customer without giving me any chance to speak or offering any help. There was clearly no welcoming atmosphere, but I could have let that go. What made me really uncomfortable was that she started whispering with that customer while glancing at me. I have no idea what they were talking about, but it felt very unpleasant and unprofessional. It’s such a shame that the staff completely ruined the otherwise lovely impression of the shop.
