   Liddy was my counsellor many years ago and I can honestly say she was one of the best, if not THE best counsellors I've had. A once in a lifetime find so to speak. I feel blessed to have benefited from her unique, empowering, non judgmental approach and empathy. I felt truly "seen" and she is highly perceptive. I felt truly understood and heard. I made a lot of progress and like any counselling it could be challenging but it helped me make breakthroughs and reach new levels of understanding and awareness in myself unlike any counsellor I'd had before. I will never forget Liddy and the impact she had on my life. I only wish I could have her back counselling me again at present. I wouldn't hesitate to give her a try. Congratulations Liddy on being a DR. Well earned. And thank you so much for all what you did for me, I will never forget it.

   I would highly recommend Liddy. I am so happy I found the courage to contact her to start my therapy journey. Liddy is kind and very patient , she has such a calming presence and puts you at ease, she is very easy to talk to and makes each session so beneficial as her knowledge is excellent. Liddy shows such empathy and I am very grateful to have met her.

   As you know most people think that having sessions with a such a person think the worst it's a very common problem with most of the population hiding and sticking there head in the sand. It's actually nothing to be ashamed of if any thing its courageous of any one admitting that they have a problem. One thing I can say myself is that Dr Liddy is one of the most influential humans i have met in my life time her one to one sessions will stay with me every day of my life. I have a little way to go but I will be the person I was always ment to be and much more... what's an hour out of your life to be the person your ment to be and much more.
