I have used George Morris before and have been very pleased with the treatments. This 1* review is because I left a message requesting an appointment and it was over 24 hours before anyone got back to me. Surely it’s just basic courtesy (if patient’s business is valued) to at least call back the same day. I have now made an appointment elsewhere.
Terrible communication with receptionist over the phone just a few minutes ago. I was prepared to book in and pay today however because of the complete lack of information/advice/guidance given to me concerning appointments I will be looking elsewhere.
I went and saw George with a shoulder issue that had been bugging me for months, he quickly diagnosed and gave me some treatment and sent me off with an exercise to do at home. The next day I was in the gym with absolutely minimal discomfort. Very affordable too. Thank you very much.
I attended physio here following a car accident and I’ve found George and his team to be excellent, friendly and most importantly knowledgable. Extremely easy to deal with and they make you feel at ease. Reception are extremely friendly and make booking easy and are happy to work around your schedule. Overall excellent service and I can’t recommend them enough.
