Very lovely staff but horrible to see shop lifters qnd staff tackling them rather then calling police hope no one gets hurt
I had a very bad experience at this Poundland. The man with a black beard working at the till was rude and didn’t know how to speak to customers properly. This is the second time I’ve had the same issue with him. Very disappointed with the service. I will never come again.
Well stocked and staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that, because it's in a central and very busy area, outside the store, became a gathering area for questionable groups of people, but, it's not the shop's fault.
You can safe lots of money on your purchase of goods in Poundland. They have included sales of clothes, shoes and bags in the shop.
Always a great shop for bargains. Has a fab clothing range, then from children's toys to school stuff, cleaning to washing and frozen to fresh food it's like a mini supermarket
A truly complete discount shop. You can find most household goods for your home D.I.Y including your basic garden tools. The prices are reasonable and checkout section have been modernised for a quick self checkout.
They sell very affordable house hold items, toiletries, kitchen wares, stationery, clothes, electronics, phone accessories, shoes, fruits, pastries and all kind of food stuffs. You will find most of the basics things one needs on a daily basis. Also, the staff are professional and helpful when needed. It is definitely a good place to shop.
I'm 31 years old, have a beard and a full sleeve tattoo... but was refused service of an Energy Drink because I didn't have my ID on me (I was on my break, in my uniform) The legal age to buy an energy drink in the UK is 16, so meaning she thought the tattooed, bearded guy in the work uniform was 15 or younger. Sometimes a little bit of common sense can go a long way.
