It's 1 of the biggest in our area lots of stock but there's never enough staff on tills so the ques get quite bad
Don't bother loads of staff on the shop floor cages everywhere Limited staff on the checkout took us over 35 minutes to be served then ended up with a parking ticket for staying over the 1 and a half hour parking time which i had no idea about and when I spoke to the manager of b&m was told its not my problem wow customer service is obviously not a priority so yeah extra expensive Christmas cheers b&m I hope the owners get their karma my honest advice avoid at all cost
Worst b&m iv ever been to tbh. Trying to find staff to get things off the shelf that are way up high costing time on the parking and wrongly items placed in wrong parts which confuses costumers. the queues are ridiculous spent about 1hr shopping as its quite a big store and about 40 minutes just dueing to pay as there was only 2 tills on. which im hoping I dont get a fine through my door. 90 minutes parking time is not enough.
I love this shop! Going there is pure pleasure to me! Spending time in the garden center is a treat! I can stay there for hours! I have bought so many flowers from there through the years! Often I buy discounted plants and usually I manage to save them! They cost just pound or two, but bring priceless happiness and serenity!
Purchased a gazebo Lady on the till very helpful and a lovely guy Ben took it to my car (even though he was just starting his break) very pleasant shopping experience
I always throught bnm had best items in and best prices, went today allot of items missing, no pricing on most items and a lot of stock in wrong places, wasn't very good shopping experience at all
As with all stores, prices have risen. It's worth knowing what things cost elsewhere as B&M is now not automatically cheaper. On my most recent visit the shelves were fairly full, and the store was tidy. Multiple checkouts open, which for B&M is somewhat of a rarity. Staff polite as always.
A lovely store with a wide variety of choices to purchase and all at great priced. It's clean and all staff are very pleasant and helpful. Its always a pleasure to shop there. A1 customer service.
This review is ZERO STARS Dirty filthy shop. This shop is an absolute mess. Stuff all over the floor. Staff were rude and not helpful. This store is a health and safety risk. This is the worst B&M store I have ever been in.
This store seems to have almost everything for the home and garden. Prices are very reasonable too. I bought a lamp, an extension lead and a dozen or so other items, so I was surprised at my bill being lower than I'd expected. I'll visit again soon.
