   Really good sized B&M with free parking also which is pretty standard for B&M’s to be fair. Great selection of products in store, however not singling this store out but is really no cheaper these days than your local supermarket for most items which previously set them apart. However, you can still find a bargain of you look hard enough

   Whichever cashier wears the fingerless gloves needs a talking to about customer service and just being slightly polite. When queueing to pay during a busy period on a Saturday, there was a queue of people at a till with a divider between their shopping. The divider did read “till closed” but all dividers say this with “next customer” on the other side. With this, I thought the customer in front of me just put it the wrong way by mistake - it wasn’t until the customer in front corrected my thought and did inform me the till would be closing after they had paid. The cashier could’ve said “sorry, he’s right” or didn’t have to say anything at all. Instead, cockily said “well I assumed people would know how to read”. As if there was any need for that comment at all. Totally disrespectful and shocking to have such a response whereby the customer ahead even called her rude to her face.

   This store has got lots of items at excellent value prices but there is also a lot of rubbish items on sale. The car park is OK. The main issues are no air conditioning and sometimes it's spot a member of staff. Tills. there are often undermanned Tills causing lengthy queues. Shopfloor aisles are very narrow and some aisles have stock floor stacked surely a health & safety concern.

   Staff are genuinely lovely people. My little dude is potty training (going amazing) let me know he needed a wee. I asked a store assistant if there was a bathroom I could use for my little boy, they don't have customer toilets, but she let us use a staff toilet. The toilet at Lakeside would be too far away for him.

   There is plenty of parking including disabled and child friendly. The store is big with a wide range of items. The paint they sell is good quality. They don't always have enough tins of the colour needed. They have a good range of storage boxes especially good after Christmas when you realise you need more storage. They sell everyday home essentials at reasonable prices. Have a good range of food products and drinks. There is a garden section at this B&M that sells plants, slabs and stones. Good DIY section too

   Unfortunately they didn't have any milk chocolate oranges only dark, so had to go elsewhere and paid double the price!! Bought other items though and was very satisfied. Check out lady very friendly.

   The shop is really good. The only issue with they need more stuff on the tills when it's busy. The queue become really really big like down the aisles so you can't get past only two stuff on. Sometimes when they could easily have another two stuff on. They need to look at the stuff in levels for when it's busy and not wait until the kids become so big. Other than that though, the stories really good. Lots of stuff to offer and great value for money on some products
