   I went here earlier on this year and was given exercises for my back. Continued to do them as Paul directed. Needless to say no improvement and actually made my back worse. Ended up going to see my doctor who referred me to physio and told me I was given the wrong diagnosis. Now after being pumped full of drugs for months on end I have now finally seen improvements. Not a great experience sorry folks.

   Went to Crosby Physio about for about 10 appointments in all, costing over £400. Couldn't really identify what my knee problem was and gave me exercises to strengthen it, as well as being told to run every 2 days, after having a few years of no running because of my knee. Each appointment seemed to be trying something else from acupuncture, electrotherapy and magneto therapy. None seemed to work or have much benefit. Some sessions I would pay £45 to be seen for 3 minutes while the electrotherapy or magneto therapy machine was set up, then left to lie there for half an hour while the physio went and treated other patients, then he came back and had a little wiggle of my knee cap and told me to keep exercising and that he'll see me same time next week. Felt a little bit like a rip off at times, so I stopped going in the end. Would rather have been told after a few sessions that they didn't know what my knee problem was and wouldn't be able to do much about it.

   I have been a patient of Darren for 6 years and he has treated me mainly for recovering from 2 knee replacements. It is through his treatments that I have great movement in both knees. I am able to straighten both legs and have a really good bend. I was so impressed with his work I recommended him to family members including my 87 year old mother! I have no hesitation in recommending Darren, he encourages you to work hard and has a ready joke to relax you through tough workouts! His treatments really do make a difference. The Reception staff are also an asset to the practice.

   I’ve been coming to see Darren for around 5 years now for lots of various injuries, including shoulders, knees and back. He’s helped me return to sport and exercise as quickly and safely as possible. Darren is very knowledgeable and ensures to guide you through the rehab process in a very easy and understandable way, combining exercises, hands on treatment and machines. Some of my family members have also been to see Darren and have all had similar experiences. I’d highly recommend him if you need a physio.

   Had a great experience at this lovely friendly practice. Receptionist was kind on arrival and Sue who i had my treatments with was so welcoming, bubbly, professional and knowledgeable!! Booked an indian head massage and facial massage through a groupon deal and it was well worth it, Sue is great at what she does and I really enjoyed it! THANKS!!

   Excellent service from the minute you step through the door. Lady on reception is so lovely and friendly. I saw Paul as i had bad back he instantly told me what it was the treatment and his advice are exceptional I won't hesitate going back there.

   I had an appointment with Paul C regarding a fallen arch in my foot which was very painful. He explained exactly what had happened and worked on my foot to reduce the inflammation and used some electric therapy too as well as advising on orthotic insoles, and within 2 weeks the pain has virtually gone and I can walk and cycle normally now. Very pleased.
