    Boots what can I say you lost a sale this afternoon. Went in store today bout 4ish. I was looking to buy some perfume. The young lass was sat at a desk not sure what she was doing but clearly not wantingto help . She made eye contact then opened a door thought she was coming to help but walked away out the back. Very rude The perfume was £135. Very sad but you can see why shops are closing with the lack of customer service skills

    Great shop and pharmacy the boots loyalty card is probably the best one I have. Regular coupons are sent to me which are actually useful and your points add up quickly giving you the opportunity to save them up or treat yourself to something!
