Appalling. Staff are rude to the point of swearing about customers in front of other customers. The range of produce in stock is poor. The fridges in my local branch have now been out of action for over a week meaning they have literally nothing fresh in stock. Very disappointing to say the least.
Staff always friendly and happy to help great store and lots of offers.
Useless for parcels. Ordered a vacuum cleaner to be picked up here. Parcel was scanned at the shop, got email to say it’s arrived, came to pick up, no parcel. They couldn’t find it. Must have been there as it was scanned. Been twice in last 3 days to drop off a parcel but can’t because they’re either ‘full’ or the printer isn’t working. More useless than Yodel themselves!
Usually quite good but I've been absolutely seen off just now. £16.30 with store track your spending points card. 1 bottle of mud house (on offer) 1 pack own brand mint ice creams £1.98 1 pack salted caramel magnums (on offer) ((Healtjy choice I know)) Robbing me. By my calculations it should have been £12 tops. Too busy to question there was at least 6 people behind me waiting so I thoight I'd do the British thing and moan instead. Ice creams were nice.
Lovely shop, all the staff are always nice and jokey whenever I go in to grab some quick things. Has everything you may need for a quick food shop and most items are more or less always in stock with they being only some trips where they don’t have the item i’m after.
Nice place to shop as per proximity when you need things urgently.
Disgusting how this shop expects customers to keep coming through there doors knowing the refrigerators have not been working for weeks now . It's my local shop but won't be shopping here again ..
