   Consistently poor customer service. On multiple visits to this One Stop location, staff have failed to acknowledge customers appropriately. There is often no greeting or verbal direction such as “next please,” only silence, which creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. When assistance is required, communication is unclear and minimal, and there is little effort to ensure the customer understands or is properly supported. In situations where it is evident that clarification is needed, no further guidance is offered. I have prior experience working in customer service and am aware that basic courtesy, clear communication, and reasonable assistance are standard expectations. Unfortunately, this location consistently falls short of those standards. Despite attempting to use alternative stores, I continue to return due to convenience. I hope management addresses these ongoing concerns.

   I ordered from this store via just eat. My order was accepted at 9:30pm. The store closed at 10pm and didn’t send my order. If they didn’t want to send orders, don’t accept them. I ordered in plenty of time but still didn’t receive it. I wouldn’t have minded too much but was ill and needed cold & flu remedies
