   I visited the superdrug pinestone street location in Sheffield - and I have to say it's some of the best service I have ever received, luxury experiences included! Pheobe was so incredibly helpful, recommended products based on my features and was incredibly knowledgeable on pretty much everything there. Manager leslie Anne was just perfectly when I had an issue that needed to be resolved, huge smile (fantastic red lippie!) And was so welcoming and happy to help. I'd consider my experience to be exemplary in a boutique or designer's, nevermind in a superdrug! Brilliant team.

   The cashier who wear Haja was so rude. I asked about her buy one get one. She was like “why don’t you tell me earlier and looked away and sighed ”. The worst thing is she overcharged me. This is not the first time that I encountered. The other day my friends also encountered this incident. I mean you are a cashier and aren’t you supposed to know about the promotions? Lack of training and lack of customer service? I didn’t expect that. Just wow. I went there too many times but never treated me like this. I appreciate the one who refund my money (the blonde lady).

   This store is selling fake davidoff cool wave aftershave. The eau de toilette wording is all on one line and the fragrance is off. It’s the medium size bottles- they’re selling them for £25 which is the same price as the little ones. Too good to be true. What a con and from a supposedly reputable store

   1 star Simply for the reason that they are selling ripped and opened tampon sanitary products. When I asked one of the colleagues why are the boxes opened and that they shouldn’t be on shelf especially knowing they are sanitary items, she then said ‘Ok’. Showing no care whatsoever. I’ve never been in a shop not even tescos that they sell ripped and damaged products especially sanitary. So not normal and I don’t know what girl would want to purchase a pack of tampons that are open !

   firstly I would like to start with how amazing the customer service was. I met this lovely lady called Zubish. She is very professional and respectful but most importantly she never fails to make my eyebrows look fantastic. Ever since the first day I met her I haven’t gone anywhere else to get my eyebrows threaded. I would strongly recommend everyone who reads this to come to this store if they want their eyebrows threaded.

   I was shopping four weeks ago. I was looking for a blush and a shimmery eye shadow. I didn't quite know which product would be the best and where to find it. it turned out that the shade I was looking for wasn't there but Zoubaish showed me a popular substitute and advised me in choosing a blush. she is an amazing girl, I know that before I asked her for help, she was busy, but she spent several good minutes with me, making these shopping unforgettable for me. the incredible passion and patience this girl has is indescribable. I think Zoubaish is the best employee of this store.
