   Always great for a quick shop for bits and bobs, snacks, odd cleaning product you need etc. it's usually pretty busy but there a good number of checkouts so the queue normally shifts quickly.

   Quite a lot of empty shelves, very untidy overall, less and less products for £1 every time I go in. Stock in wrong places, all departments desperate for facing up, wasn't particularly busy and plenty of staff were in store. I've seen tidier charity shops, it's so depressing especially this time of year when you want to feel festive and get all your bits and bobs but they are out of stock or damaged

   Very aggressive woman worker on til chewing gum very unprofessional refused to sell one energy drink to my sister boyfriend who's 18. My sister then went back in with her ID. The very rude woman then started interrogating her saying "you better not be buying it for that kid" then tried fearmongering her by saying "well I'm going to have to get manager" she then waited, she then backed down and said "I will let you off this once" I tell you what you won't be let off next time I visit your store you're going to get a taste of your own medicine. Think you can intimidate young kids you're going to get a reality check. You're an assistant not a manager so act like one.

   My cousin visited your store today because she was on her break and she wanted a little snack, she was searching and searching for wham bars and they didn't have any. As you can see this is a very sensitive subject as wham bars were the staple of my childhood as well as hers so I shall speak to your manager and get legals involved, either that or you restock the wham bars. This was a really heartbreaking situation to be in. Thank you
