   Horrendous staff and very hostile. For someone who has been loyal to superdrug for over 10 years I’m appalled at the treatment I’ve received today. If you want to be treated and stalked like a thief when you want to do a little shop on Saturday go to this store. I had a horrible experience with a lady called Gemma who claimed to be the assistant manager. She had been watching me like a hawk from the moment i entered the shop as if i was a thief and then had a staff approach me about using a lipgloss tester. I clarified that it was a tester and she finally came out of her hiding place saying it wasn’t lipgloss but a lipliner I had in my hand from a different aisle. Bear in mind i was on my way to checkout and stopped to try the lipgloss. I told her i was on my way to purchase and she still decided to walk away from me and then scream halfway across the aisle that im not allowed to use it until I’ve bought it and basically commanded me that I had to buy it NOW! Even when i was still shopping! I took some minutes to calm down and communicated that her approach embarrassed me. This lady said to me that I was embarrassing myself???? I told her I would not be giving my money to a store that didn’t respect me and she told me she was going to call security and I told her no problem. She snatched the lipliner i had from my hand and continued to shout at me that I had to pay. I told her i was going to leave as I wouldn’t tolerate this treatment and left the store in tears.

   I came in yesterday to buy some makeup for a family event. I asked the lovely girl Abreeza for help as I often struggle to get makeup to stay on for a long period of time. She let me know what to buy and gave me advice on how to use them. My makeup stayed on all night and looked flawless. Abreeza definitely has great product knowledge, I will definitely be back!

   Phoned because our daughter was having some issues after a piercing a few weeks ago. We were told to come down before 4pm because the piercing specialist and nurse would be there. Took time out from work to get there, to be then told we should have made an appointment and to wait outside. The nurse did take a quick look at the piercing, outside the store, but we didn't appreciate how we were treated, given we had bothered to phone ahead.

   I booked the yellow fever jab for my daughter few weeks in advance. The day before the appointment, I was informed that the appointment had been cancelled as the nurse has not received the training for the yellow fever vaccination yet. Not good enough really. Very disappointed.

   Had three big posters in the window/entrance stating that the brow and lash bar was open, went in to be told it was in fact closed until the following week. Very annoying. Decent selection of stock though if you are in town and need a few bits.
