   Excellent pharmacy. Excellent for Cosmetics advice & reassurance. I can vouch for that. Always willing to help & advise, no rush, will spend time with you! Like wise Andy & Stephen @ the Opticians. Been going there since we moved to Ripley, (2014) , whole family go there. One of us at least is a huge challenge!!!. Not bought jewellery but it's lovely to browse! Every-one is very friendly & they all have a great sense of Humour!!!

   They gave me the wrong tablets which would have been very dangerous if I’d taken them, when I took them back the pharmacy told me it was my fault for mixing them up with tablets I had at home, plus they had no idea who’s signature was on the box or knew anyone that worked there. They where rude and disrespectful, they said if I raise my voice they would ban me which didn’t matter cos I wouldn’t be going back

   Fabulous gift and Perfumery department. Clarins cosmetics counter is great, with the very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful team. A real gem. A family run chemist that cares and a real asset to Ripley. Would recommend a visit when in Ripley.

   I've been using this pharmacy for months now and all was well until today when they have behaved appallingly, putting administrative protocol above patient welfare and safety. Due to an error by my GP I was left needing my prescription urgently and although the prescription had been issued four and a half hours earlier, the pharmacy refused to give it to me because I wasn't at the top of the queue. That was my GPs error, not mine. They could have helped me but they refused. They wouldn't even look to see if my medication was in stock. They had no intention of even trying to help, insisting instead on leaving me without medication because their admin proceedure was more important than patients getting their medicine. I went next door to Peak Pharmacy and had the medication in my hand in under five minutes. I've now switched all my prescriptions to Peak Pharmacy. Hursts have lost a customer for good.

   A lovely store but two very stand-out staff on the perfume counter today. The two ladies couldn’t have been more helpful, kind and made shopping at the store an absolute pleasure. I was looking for Dior Sauvage and they informed me they had a new product in the range. Although they didn’t have a tester (for which they were most apologetic) they went out of their way to find out about the new fragrance, even finding a YouTube video for me to watch in store. These ladies are a credit to you Hursts! Aside from the staff, the store is a pleasure to shop at, well stocked and plenty of beautiful gifts.

   Hurst’s staff are the most polite and helpful in Ripley by far. Nothing is too much trouble for the pharmacists, and the counter staff are so friendly and go out of their way to assist. Some doctor’s receptionists should take note on how to treat people.

   I went in today to get some Clarins products. I had been trying to order them online and was struggling with what to get and the Boots website was ridiculous. I went to Hursts and had such fantastic customer service. The lady was so so helpful and lovely. She sorted me out with all that i needed and showed me how to apply it correctly. I thoroughly enjoyed the shopping experience and will now be coming to Hursts for all my cosmetics and recomending Hursts to all my friends and family.
