I love Beanies!! Whenever I’m in Sheffield I always make sure to come as it’s just such a great shop, filled with so much delicious and fresh food! As a vegan it’s fabulous. Lucy is always super helpful!
Great selection of products, incl organic produce. Good vegan altermatives in dairy/ chilled/ frozen food isle. They also have a discounted (but still very good!) products corner for those of us on a tight budget. The stuff is always kind and friendly.
Beanies is our favourite place in Sheffield to shop for fruit, veg and general groceries. The team are positive, knowledgeable and helpful and the atmosphere in the shop is always welcoming and cheery. The produce is unfailingly top quality, having been carefully selected and sourced. The shop is light and bright and clean and always well stocked Love that Beanies is a cooperative too. We've also had great deliveries in the past, well picked, packed and delivered on time. It's a joy to visit with the added bonus that the fruit and vegetables always taste so fresh and delicious. And it's worth signing up for their chatty weekly newsletter too, always including a great recipe!
Beanies is a fantastic shop and community! They sell so much delicious food - like a supermarket only much friendlier and more ethical and tasty! We've been using their weekly veg box scheme for over 10 years, and look forward to a wide variety of fresh veg each week, now supplemented by food we've selected from their online shop, all delivered reliably to our door. The staff are always so helpful too - it's truly the best place to shop in Sheffield!
Pretentious outfit ran by a rude manager who can't communicate with her staff.
This shop may have good ethics, but they are far too expensive. Today, 500g of non-organic Puy lentil cost over £3. The Waitrose price: £1.20. come on...get real. I live nearby but will not shop there again.
They have delicious and organic muesli.. Very friendly & helpful staff. Not sure if the baked products such as croissants should be kept uncovered..
So lucky to have fresh organic groceries down the road. Great seasonal selection & loads of vegan products. Some stock is expensive, but some groceries are really affordable. Friendly service too. Very excited for the new shop & cafe!
So much packed in to a small space, with an invitingly earthy and natural smell. Some products can be quite expensive but it is nearly always high quality, ethically and/or locally sourced organic produce. Welcoming and helpful staff.
