The flowers I ordered for my mum's funeral were delivered by Sarah to the wrong funeral directors. She was made aware of this but failed to rectify or notify anyone. When contacted, she offered a full refund but after unsuccessful attempts to obtain this , I had to involve a solicitor . Our impression was that Sarah was not genuine, unprofessional, uncaring and not someone I would ever wish to deal with again, she caused a great deal of distress . If you're looking for beautiful flowers and good customer service DON'T use the Flower Shoppe at Clay Cross.
I’m not usually one to leave a negative review, but given the amount of money we paid for our wedding flowers, we were really disappointed with the service. Whilst the bouquets, buttonholes, and table flowers looked absolutely beautiful, the flower headbands we ordered were not at all what we were expecting. I had an in-depth discussion with Sarah about these beforehand, even showing her example photos. I stressed that I wanted them to be dainty and yet what we got looked rushed, messy, and oversized, quite frankly they looked ridiculous. They were unwearable which was not only a waste but also meant that we had to completely change my own hairstyle and that of my four bridesmaids at the very last minute. As you can imagine, this was very stressful! Whoever dropped the flowers off at the venue on the morning of the wedding didn’t come to check anything with us, we never even saw them. I thought this was strange as that would have given us opportunity to raise any issues with them and at least would have been a courteous thing to do. We complained to Sarah directly via WhatsApp after the wedding and almost two months later I have still not received a reply from her despite her having read the messages, which I think is completely unprofessional. I’m sure we will not receive a refund for the headbands at this point, but at the very least a polite acknowledgment would have been appreciated. We will definitely not be using The Flower Shoppe again.

I wanted to send my girlfriend some bright flowers so I picked a bunch from the website called “Ray Of Sunshine” which I thought would be nice now that the days are getting shorter. She was very happy with them and when I saw them I was really impressed. I only took photos after I had removed the amazing wrapping unfortunately but they were presented to her looking even better than they do in the vase. Highly recommended!
I placed a telephone order for a friend's birthday at about 10am and was pleased to hear it would be delivered the same day.......received phone call from friend saying beautiful floral basket arrived before 12 noon. Wonderful. My friend really pleased with the flowers and the surprise and said I'd chosen the best florist in Clay Cross. I certainly did. Thank you.
I have been using this florist for years, for all sorts of occasions and have never been disappointed. I ordered a large basket arrangement for Mothers day and it was amazing, but Sarah's flowers always are and when we are allowed in the shop, she is great fun as well. Very happy to recommend The Flower Shoppe and Sarah's arrangements.
Excellent. Ordered online with next day delivery and the autumn bouquet was beautiful. I ordered the medium sized bouquet and it was an ample size. My mum was really pleased with them. Thanks a lot.
