Absolutely excellent service from ordering to delivery. I was informed along the way after placing my order. It was for Mother’s Day. My mum received her beautiful flowers in the morning of Mother’s Day, by what she called “a lovely gentleman “. She was so pleased and said the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Dropped into the shop whilst in town, purchased a large bunch of mixed sprig lily's. Two very helpful and friendly ladies served me and now I know the shop is there I will most definitely call again. So convenient when you're in the town center.
I searched for a florist in Chesterfield and liked what I saw from 'Thanks A Bunch'. Because I live in California, I called the store and each time they kindly helped me place my order. Although I've not seen the flowers I've sent to my cousin in October and December, everyone has told me how gorgeous they are. I've just put up our new Christmas wreath. We got it from this super florist. The quality is great and it looks amazing. Ordered this morning and they arrived in a couple of hours, I'm not much of one for picking flowers but they put it all together for me, wonderfully, the young woman who delivered them was lovely and my Mum was very impressed, so I really appreciate it and would 100% recommend this place for your friends and family. Rachel was brilliant! I ordered flowers online for my Mum's 80th and it couldn't have been easier. I wanted fresh cut flowers and an arrangement of longer lasting bulbs and plants. Rachel sent pictures and made suggestions that were really helpful, and then delivered them to her door (socially distanced of course). My mum loves her flowers. Thank you so much!
