   Extremely disappointed. Had my tattoo booked nearly 2 months now and was really looking forward to it. My appointment I booked was 11am. I arrived at 10:30am and I was greeted on the door by the woman who does the piercings and she was friendly. I was left waiting till 12:10pm. 1hour and 10 mins late the artist was. Didn’t apologise about being late, he then called me into the room where he showed me the design he had done off one of the pictures I showed him before I booked the appointment 2 months before. He then asked if I wanted to make any changes to the design. As to then I said yes and explained the two changes I wanted to make. He then started saying how my design was terrible and so out of fashion, he failed to mention this when I showed him months earlier the design before I booked the appointment (even though everyone’s preference is different). He then asked me to tell him the reason why I wanted the tattoo and like most people reply with is ‘I just really love the design’. He then said I would 100% regret this tattoo if I got it. Basically left me with no option but to say no to the tattoo. No apology given for being late, nothing nice said. The tattooist name is Lauris. Absolutely disappointed with this service.

   Brill service, explains everything before anything is done. For most piercings it's £25 whereas anywhere else is £35/35+. Makes it as quick as possible (obviously being safe!). I had my lip done and my daughter her eyebrow. He explained that some people can get a black eye from having their eyebrow done- which my daughter did and had he not explained this prior, I probably would have worried. You can also go in if you have any problems following your peircing&& they will sort whatever problem it is out. Brilliant service.

   From the moment I stepped into the studio I felt welcome. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Studio was super clean and also very private. The helpfulness didn't just stay at the studio either I messaged multiple times after my piercing and always got a response, and easily got booked in to change my piercing jewelry! I would deffinately recommend these guys!
