Had lobes and Helix piercing with Molly and she was super careful, clean and professional. Guided us through the process step by step and provided fantastic after care. Highly recommend!
Brilliant, very welcoming I'm a repeat customer for the tattoos but today went for piercings, the piercer Molly was brilliant talked me through options and recommended things that would be better suited for me. Signed my form and then went over to the piercing room which was very clean and set up well again talked me through the stages and calmed me down (love tattoos don't like needles yes I'm one of them people) I was having my septum and lobes done she suggested I did septum 1st and she was rather quick to get this done. Explained I'd felt hot and a bit faint (told you one of them people) she magiced a can of pop and a tissue for my eyes which were streaming with water. Gave me a few minutes to compose myself and then we moved onto ears. Because I had a previous self done piercing she suggested a better placement for.the new one, long term plan is to stretch my ears so she opted for the thicker bar too. Again very quick and as painless as I can be. Then talked through after care and that was it job done. Would 100% go back should I get the urge. Also from what I gather also rather competitively priced compared to other studios in area.
Had a brilliant experience with Grace, this was only my second tattoo and she put me completely at ease. I wasn’t great at describing what I wanted but Grace put something together that was better than I had pictured, and the quality of the end result is excellent. I cannot thank her enough. Overall, a really super experience at ETTO.

Dan was really delicate with my tattoo, he drew up 3 different drawings and it was hard because I did love them all, everyone who I had spoken with was really friendly and approachable! I can’t wait to book in for after Christmas, thank you so much Dan x

Been for several tattoos there now and always excellent quality, staff are friendly and just a really great atmosphere. Also had a couple of piercings done there and was really well looked after and very happy with results top notch service all round.
Outstanding experience using these guys. Been to the shop in handsworth and brinsworth and both have a great vibe. Really happy with my tattoo. Dan did my tattoo and his attention to detail really is second to none, the fine line work is incredible in particular. Really happy with the overall service. Would/have recommend these. Jade even makes a cracking cup of coffee if you are nice to her
