   I have had a ZERO balance on my wave credit card since the start of January, however Chetwood have falsely reported an outstanding balance of £486 , including an updated report on my credit file on the 17th of February of the same amount . Will be reporting to the financial ombudsman for false reporting by Chetwood !

   Currently a customer and sent a letter to inform them my wallet was lost/stolen etc and my payment would be 10/14 days late (not a month or anything untill new card arrived which is obvs paid and up to date was 13 days in fact , and they have informed credit reference agency I missed a payment Which is totally wrong and I now couldn’t care less as if it’s not removed I will not pay another penny absolute shocking to do this especially during the times we are in , I’m awaiting results back from financial ombudsman.

   Little to no customer service, twice now I have contacted and waited ages for a reply, you need to sort this out! Otherwise, easy to use app with wave. But please sort out the customer service part as a lot of customers are saying the same on trip advisor.

   Stay away from this company. As other reviewers note,there is absolutely no customer service.Only contact is by email and when they eventually decide to contact you nothing gets resolved. I have been trying for over a month to get a settlement figure from them so I can close my account,but this is impossible. I would have given them no stars but that is not an option on Google reviews.
