   Worried- Cheque deposited in person to your paying-in machine 11 days ago at a Warrington HSBC branch, 11 Bridge Street. 20th December - ⁠- no record of it. Told to contact branch by the HSBC number - But Unable to come to branch in person as not in area anymore. And they say No phone number available for you/branch . What do I do? Please pass me to cheque processing team. Thank you

   I would just like to compliment Cheryl who helped me and my elderly mum this afternoon. Following a text alert and subsequent call to the fraud team, we were advised it was necessary for us to attend a branch. We arrived without an appointment but were warmly welcomed as we entered the branch and provisions were soon made for us to be seen. Cheryl took us to a private room and explained what was required to rectify the situation. She acted with great empathy, kindness and professionalism throughout our meeting. Thank you so much Cheryl for the excellent service we received from you today.

   Tried to put money on the account. Machines are not working. Have to go to post office for that. Great service. What a waste of time

   Cashier permanently closed in fact where they was now brick wall after I questioned this to the staff they say customers wasn’t using them no more as people use the machine or online banking I had to go Widnes to use there cashier won’t be long before I empty my account move to new bank that offers cashiers plus staff rude at Warrington branch

   Very poor service when wanting to open a new account today. Told at 1.20pm Saturday that there was insufficient time to open a new account before the branch closed at 2pm. Wasn't offered an alternative option, or even the opportunity to make an appointment, wasn't even told what documentation to bring next time should I even want to take a chance someone could see us. Do they not want new business?

   Used to use the Stockton heath hsbc which was only small but always busy but the staff were fantastic and helped you however they could. Then some bright spark thought it would be a good idea to close it down so now I have to go the one in Warrington Town centre where the staff may as well be cardboard cut outs and those stupid paying in machines are useless unless you iron your money so it's perfectly flat.
