   I went in to get one item- in the middle of a bad day.... but these rice I recieved from Sophie really made me beam. I was truly overjoyed by the experience, Sophie was super knowledgeable and helpful. She balanced busy customers so well and definately made sure my needs were met. I'd say she went above and beyond. I spent morethan I planned on and I feel amazing about it because Sophie made the experience so special. It was an unexpected suprise!

   I'm happy abt the jewellery etc, got my ears pierced with a standard love piercing but one of the piercings was done at an angle and it looks really trampy, not going to complain. But the ladies was really nice

   Went into Claires to by some earings for my granddaughter. Very nice polite young lady serving but I was put off by a member of the public flouting the wearing of a mask rules! Her husband reminded her about a mask ...her reply was " I can't be arsed"

   Took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. We were greeted by a lovely supervisor, didn't get her name but she was fantastic and made my daughter and us feel instantly at ease. She talked us through the piercing process and the aftercare required. The piercing was done very well and perfectly centred, with minimal pain. We were very happy with the service we received!
