came in for my nose pierced a few weeks ago and never felt so comfortable and in such a clean environment. due to this i come for another 3 piercings after this. each time i have felt comfortable and not had a problem here
Came in yesterday for the first time to get my nose and my upper lobes done. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable as we spoke about halloween, it really calmed my nerves. Also, the environment was professional yet relaxing. I can say for sure, you get what you paid for. I highly recommend.
Lovely staff, very comforting. I've had most my piercings done here, had both of my nostrils done today and they are perfectly symmetrical. Student prices are incredibly fair and the loyalty card system is great
If I could give it no stars I would. Just spent £55 hoping my daughter’s ear pierced there. Women took us into a side room and she marked the dots on with no care and attention and half way through another woman came into the room and started talking about someone they both knew who was having an affair or something such like. I asked the other lady if she could please be quiet while she had finished piercing my daughter’s ears. She obliged but continued to stand there. How disrespectful to customers?! We went outside and I pointed out they were uneven and the women says she will redo them no apology or aftercare. 90 seconds it took her to do a sloppy job. My daughter said no she didn’t want them redoing as she was stressed by the whole experience. Please avoid this place it’s extremely unprofessional despite how the exterior looks. The woman even said ‘break time’ as soon as she had rushed through the job. Not a very good service at all.
my daughter came for her seconds doing and they are really uneven. Her left side is more further apart than her right. It’s got a super long distance from her first piercings. They are really noticeable. would not recommend if you don’t want wonky piercings!! The lady who did it seemed like a trainee and was not focused at all!
Got my second and third lobe piercing done at the same time here by a man, had some issues with the 3rd one in both as it wasn’t healing and now have lumpy bits. Called asking for advice and got nothing but bad attitude from a woman I asked to speak to someone else and arranged to come to in for help/advice. Had the woman and man tell me I wear cheep jewellery (I only use sterling silver as I have sensitive skin/body and I would react badly to other, and currently most of my earring jewellery is Pandora)and got other verbal abuse, very aggressive. I have many other piercings all over my body and from many different places, I’ve cleaned them and never had problems. My 2nd piercing had healed absolutely fine so I couldn’t wrap my head round what the problem was with the 3rd, I dint want to write such a bad review but all I was doing was asking for help and they was just nasty
Visited today and took advantage of a few of the offers running. Previously visited a few times and this has quickly become my go to place for piercings. Great place and staff can guarantee David always manages to cause a smile or laugh wouldn't be the same without his presence such a friendly calming atmosphere.
