   Jason Holden Associates have been our accountants since we became a limited company back in 2013. We have received excellent service and support throughout that time. Last year in 2024 the business hit a challenging period. Jason was very generous with his time and supported me though what I needed to do and gave some very sound advice that has helped ensure that our business is still here today, having just completed another financial year profitably. I would like to thank Jason and the team for always being there when we need a little extra support and some pointers to ensure we are always moving in the right direction.

They have been very very helpful over the years. Not only do they prepare my accounts on time, they also let me know about all the latest tax rules that may affect me. Any time I ring the office there is always a very polite person willing to answer any questions. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Look forward to another 20 years of knowing that they are there to look after me and my accounts.

   Left my old accountant as I believed they were biased towards my husband, whom I’m divorcing (meant to be acting in both of our interests) I hadn’t signed a tax return due to my belief that figures were incorrect and I was due to be fined a considerable sum, they drafted a letter and the fine was waived by HMRC. I have every confidence in Jason and his team to have my best interests at heart. They have a personal touch as a company and have offered me both practical advice and empathy, during a very difficult period….this has been invaluable to me. Thank you!

   I contacted Holden Associates in September 2020, as for the first time in my life I left the comfort of employment to setup my own business. With so many elements of my business to setup, which were all new to me, contacting accountants was by far the most difficult. Many didn't return calls, some didn't come across professional and were focused on how cheap they were. My experience with Holden's was very different, they were genuinely helpful, shared valuable knowledge and provided free initial support. Jason, Nicola and Lauren have all been great support throughout my first year trading, always on hand to answer my questions and having just completed my year end accounts, I have seen the team in action from start to finish. Very impressed and would happily recommend to new business start ups and more established businesses.
