   Needed a Rabbit hutch and thermal cover urgently, the weather yesterday destroyed the one we had for our oldest bunny. We phoned and Jaimie did some searching because the Internet said they had them but could not let us have them until tomorrow. Anyway, Jaimie and the lovely ladies managed to find us exactly the correct hutch and cover and then helped us to load it in the car. The problem being that the online stock is not always up to date and they knew what was in store. Lovely staff thank you.

   Visited today and received great service from Beth, she was putting stock out and stopped , got products s up on her phone but they were online only, she offered to get them delivered to store for pick up, she then showed us alternative products in store, got us on the app and saved us money, she took our products to the till and was so helpful throughout, please congratulate her on a her customer service . Will visit again

   I visited Vets for Pets on the first floor. This was the first time I had been with my cat, there's a lift which is very handy. The staff are so welcoming and put you at ease immediately, it can be a bit stressful taking your furry friends to the vet. The service was amazing and very well priced. I will not be going back to my old vets because Vets for Pets had it all and far cheaper.

   Friendly staff, willing to help. Helped with information about adopting a hamster, all information about reason for removing given, explained differences between housing options (cages) foods, bedding, treats and toys etc. Also helped with spotting signs of bad health or problems to watch for. All items needed purchased from store, along with items for our orher animals. Large range of supplies!!

   Clean and well stocked large store. Plenty of parking space available. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Vets4Pets and Groom Room also located on site. The store stocks everything you would expect from a large Pets at Home, and has many small animals available for sale too. The floor under the shelf plinths could do with a clean! Pub was dying to get under there as there was obviously lots of pet food waste which he could smell; he wriggled under the shelf once and came out covered in dust and cobwebs! Store has an accessible entrance and reasonably wide aisles suitable for wheelchairs or buggies. No customer toilets located in the store. Multiple other shops and eateries are situated close by for shopper convenience.

   Shop and entrance area always clean and tidy. Great stock of pet food, toys and accessories. Vet services on site. Staff are animal lovers who are always polite, friendly and very helpful, will have a little chat if you need help and even carry items to your car if you have any difficulty. Quality products at competitive prices. Always a good experience to shop there.
