   Posted a review for Ormskirkpets on here by mistake. Contacted very politely by Pet Shopper within minutes to point out my error. Great communication, 5 stars. Unfortunate that Pet Shopper are the top Google hit for pets shops in Ormskirk. For anyone reading, if you need pet supplies from Ormskirk, please use Pet Shopper rather than Ormskirkpets who have the cheek to say they are too busy to send you the correct product you ordered as it takes them too long in the warehouse and you should accept what you get!

   DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY-YOU NOT GOING TO GET WHAT YOU BUYING ANYWAY!!!! I’ve done big mistake did read reviews first. RUBBISH COMMUNICATION as someone mentioned before. They are selling what they don’t have in stock,send wrong product. After no communication almost for 2 weeks and when i start to emailed they get upset and mentioned some “queue”. WHAT??? First they send me wrong product and almost after 2 weeks they a talking about some “queue” My cats supposed to stay in the “queue” :))) for the food i have payd already. Instead to apologise and letting me know that they don’t have that product after 2 weeks they just made a refund and only for the product I didn’t received not for the delivery charge. THE WORST COMPANY AND COMMUNICATION EVER!!!!!

   Spoke to Steve from pet shopper recently and he is a very knowledgeable man and also has so much time for the customer. Great advice and you know he is very passionate about animals. Definitely went above and beyond in helping us. We put an order in for our dogs and the order arrived promptly and the dogs are thriving off it. And loved the samples too. We will be visiting the shop next time as Steve has left such a great impression on us and we'll be taking the pooches with us too so he can meet them. Couldn't recommended highly enough and wouldn't go anywhere else for our dogs needs now.
