My gorgeous baby Molly went to Bow Wow Wow for the first time and the staff were absolutely incredible! They all adored her and when I picked her from her first ever groom she looked and smelt absolutely amazing! She was very calm and relaxed when she was handed back over to me! I can't wait for her to go in again!
After having awful experiences with our schnauzer Alfie at last 2 groomers, I called in for some help and advice here at Bow wow wow, Suzanna was amazing took time with me to put my mind at rest to discuss my concerns after having such awful experiences, Nobody ever seemed to get exactly how we loved Alfie cut !! Everyone has commented on how lovely he looks!!! We are absolutely delighted with the service we received here 100% Suzanna cut Alfie exactly how we love him, Would highly recommend although I know they are extremely busy and we were so delighted they could fit him in, Thankyou so very much
The most wonderful grooming service! I have a long haired mini dachshund that absolutely hates being groomed. She doesn’t like her nails being trimmed or being washed. At Bow wow wow she is good as gold, and gets plenty of fuss and attention! The ladies always give her a great cut, she always comes out looking and smelling great. The teeth cleaning service is fantastic, removed all visible plaque from her (9yr old) teeth when we had it done. Extremely accommodating to our hectic schedules and help us keep her feet nice and tidy in between full grooms. There is also a range of nice accessories and cleaning products for sale. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else since finding Suzanne and her team.

First time here but very impressed. I dont think they could improve except maybe longer opening hours but thats probably unfair to say as they must work really hard and I am perhaps comparing to the last groomers I went to that were open until 7-7.30 at times but were not a patch on bow wow wow. Bow wow wow treatment charges are also excellent and my dog didn't just get a wash and nails clipped like the last place he got his ears professionally cleaned with the proper products he got a blueberry facial nails filed! Feet pads soaked and waxed nose treated for dry cracking and all loose hair removed. He come home smelling beautiful and was so relaxed he napped most of the evening before bed time as he was so relaxed. So top and bottom of it is that Bow Wow Wow is superb. Just hope I can get an appointment with them now with all the extra custom they are bound to get as people find out about them. Also they played with my dog before he left and he couldnt stop kissing them which is a good sign
Our Little Girl Cayleigh (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel"was given the best treatment and came away looking and smelling "Top Knotch". Sadly on August 5th she fell asleep - we miss her terribly .
Relaxed, calm and very friendly with an charm that has to be experienced to appreciated. Don't miss the Argan Oil treatment as highly recommended by Fraggle the Cockapoo, in his words 'I'm so worth it'. A totally fantastic experience from nose to tail. Thanks for everything
