Staff were very friendly both downstairs in the pet shop and upstairs in the vets. They have a good range for puppies in food and treats. Vet who gave second set of jabs was knowledgeable and informative and answered all our questions.

Once again i risked going in, extremely pushy staff, ridiculously expensive dog wormer, cheaper to worm a horse than a 10kg dog, the one at the front in Southport is lovely im sticking to that one in future . Not a great experience, had to return a light that doesn't fit, have no receipt but I paid by card so I have that on my bank app, can't get a refund, they don't sell anything i need, don't know much and tbh were not very helpful, can't even get a credit note. Very disappointed

Had a great day today. My Daughter popped into store very interested in getting a hamster. We were served by Erin and she helped us get everything we need. Max has already settled in after coming out of his box when we had set up his cage. He is already Eating, Grooming and doing acrobatics on the cage. Hope he is settled and we will pop back soon for our supplies in a few days :) Thanks for your explanation and knowledge. It has been an easy introduction after all your guidance. Thanks :)

I went in to buy a hamster and the staff were extremely rude. They were annoyed that I was asking questions about the hamster and how to look after it. One staff member looked me up and down and gave me a snotty look when I asked to buy the hamster, so I decided to go to another shop
Beth was absolutely fantastic. Me and my partner are getting a puppy and she gave us advice, tips, and tricks; she also showed us the Petsathome app, which saved us money. We will definitely be back. She is a credit to your team, and the wider company.
The man who served me was absolutely helpful, he went out of his way to help me get my app as I have been having trouble with it nothing was to much trouble, wished that I had got his name.
