Great pet shop - it's an Aladdin's cave of everything you could need for your pet. Lovely, friendly gentleman behind the till too. Can't recommend enough!

Popped in today (8/4/19) to buy a couple of big dog cushions for my pooch, what a delightful shop, and what excellent good old fashioned customer service ... gets an 11 out of 10 from me :)
Visited this shop as just moved to Aughton the shop is quite scruffy and spoke to a lady called sue what a rude woman and has a really really bad attitude. And speaks down at you. May be it might be because the stuff they sell Are so so expensive may be there not doing much. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this shop due to there high prices for stuff you have never heard of basically there selling generic stuff like dog leads Flexi Leads ETC and silly prices. If I was you I would certainly look around before visiting this shop as what they have to offer you would get a a lot better price even for branded names and hope you don’t get that horrible horrible horrible woman called sue as she needs to be ether sacked our sent on a customer service course I only leaving one star ⭐️ as I have to so I can leave my review if I had my choice it would be NO STAR AT ALL Horrible woman
