Best pet shop around. Always excellent advice and prices are really good. Animals, fish always well looked after too.
I visit the shop regularly and the staff are always helpful and informative. Today (23/12/25) I was served by a young lad and he was so pleasant, polite and helpful, I just wanted to acknowledge this!
The help and customer service that I received from the 2 gents was second to none! I called at 16.30pm on Bonfire night to find out what they had to help my dog cope with the fireworks. They informed me that they were just closing (they close an hour early on Bonfire Night, NYE etc to tend to their own dogs/pets) but if I could get there asap, they would wait. When I got there, they had a few products waiting and gave me a full rundown of how each of them worked. Following a personal recommendation (which was actually the cheaper product) I took home the product 'Fireworks'. Homeopathic based drops that could be given orally or in his water bowl. They explained, thoroughly, how to use it and the results spoke for themselves. With a little help from some cuddles and TV, my boy didn't even know it was bonfire night!!! Ive spoke to several members of staff that help and point me in what fish would be best for my aquarium. When I bought the aquarium they carried it out to the car which was helpful. The staff at all levels are friendly and helpful
Absolutely brilliant shop grate selection of fish and aquatic accessories and Equipment Everything you will need For your fish tank even the fish tanks them selfs. Very clean And cared for small animals and birds everything You could need for your pet birdys and small animals also an grate assortment of reptiles and reptile Accessories and all the equipment you could possibly need including cages
Brilliant advice from both Ians. Helped me with starting off and continued support. Love this shop. Friendly escape not rushed also delivery when I couldn't get to shop. Great guys.
The staff here are absolutely amazing. You can tell that they care about what happens to the fish that they sell and are extremely knowledgeable. Always happy to have a good chat with you. I honestly cannot recommend this shop enough!!
Amazing shop, lovely staff. Way better than every other pet shop I have visited. Give great advise and have a range of plants, ornaments and fish. Bought all of my fish here, and although most of them are not alive anymore this is definitely not their fault and all fish have lived long enough. There is a range of birds at the front of the shop, and quite a few snakes that all seem well cared for.

Contacted the store late one evening a couple of weeks ago. I was in a panic as I was isolating after a positive covid test, had no live food for my much loved leo Ruby. Online order hadn't arrived and she was starting to flag a little. They dealt extremely well with a stressed out me and I had live food the next day. Can't thank them enough!
