Deeply disappointed with the service, £63 for barely a trim, my dog usually looks and smells great after the groomers but not today. Surly, miserable women work there, do a really poor job and charge you incorrectly AVOID.
Booked my dog 2 months in advance to make sure he would be done before Christmas got a phone call last week that the lady who was doing him was off an theyd have to arrange for the day after I was fine with that then the day before rings again saying they'd have to cancel the appointment as the lady was now off sick and can't do him before Christmas...more like they've over booked!!! Luckily I've found a groomers in ditton that can do him would not use these again.
Absolute joke of a salon, booked my dog in 3 times for a groom, waiting times is bad as it it and they decide to cancel on me all of the 3 times the week of the groom
Never keep appointments. Cancelled nail clipping appointment last minute, and a full groom we booked two weeks in advance, since they entered the wrong appointment type in their system. They double booked the slot and cancelled our appointment, probably for a larger dog to make more money. Never use this service, and support local groomers and pet service providers that actually care about your pet.
My toy Poodle Buddy goes there and they do a perfect job ..Will always return lovely groomers

The Groom Room are located inside pets at home and provide great service. I took my dog there and he had the best cut he has ever had. The staff where friendly and helpful and gave clear instructions on the procedure. The cost was £45 which was quite high but if you register a card at the main tills you receive your 5th cut free so the cost balances out eventually. Overall I had one happy pooch and will definitely book again. Due to the current pandemic appointment dates are approx 3 weeks wait so book early.
