   We took our tabby cat Blue in after he got in a fight. It was easy to make an appointment. The vet who saw him, Adrianna, was exceptional. Blue was in pain and cross but she soothed him expertly and gave him a good check up and massage. She found his wounds and bruises but he only needed pain relief. She deserved five stars but Medivet is expensive. So four all-told.

   Just had my first visit as I've moved too far from my old vet. Everything about it went really smoothly, from making the appointment online to paying at the end. I wasn't kept waiting, the lovely vet, Adrianna, made a big fuss of my old cat and was really good at calming her while she had a routine check up and jab. Definitely recommend

   I recently visited this veterinary clinic with my beloved dog and I could not be more grateful for the care they provided us. Dr. Alex was incredibly friendly, supportive, and took the time to explain everything clearly and reassuringly. As my dog ​​begins to age, I naturally had some concerns, but Dr. Alex’s support and expert guidance gave me real peace of mind. It is a great comfort to know that we are in such capable and compassionate hands. With such support, I truly believe that we can help my dog ​​enjoy her old age with comfort and quality of life.

   Rang to arrange the cremation of my pet. The receptionists tone and attitude was totally off, please don’t laugh with your colleagues whilst a client is on the phone, clearly very distressed. I was not registered with the practice due to being new to the area, however the receptionist asked questions about my pets history and where this information could be obtained - she had already died from natural causes when I called. Why would her history have been needed for a cremation? I used a cremation service elsewhere, where she was thankfully treated with respect, just as the family member she truly was.

   ALL THE STAFF are amazing- they go above and beyond at every step and do their jobs from the heart not from protocol, they are all professional and excellent in their roles but the best part about them is they are all really kind and caring- my pet loves to visit them, even when shes really sick she always wags her tail when we arrive. Honestly i have total peace of mind when my dog is in their care. The two vets alex and alex are two of the nicest guys you could ever meet and they are always so supportive if im emotional when i visit them. Your pet is part of your family and you want them to have the best care… that’s exactly what I’ve experienced everytime our dog has needed medi vet aigburth thanks guys

   Aurora (the vet) is so fantastic. She is so knowledgeable and so wonderful with my babies I am happy to entrust her with my pets. In the past when asking vets about allergies (for my dog) usually they haven’t given me that much information but when I asked Aurora she gave me so much info and so many options I am so grateful for her help and so happy I have such a knowledgeable vet. I really feel my pets are in good hands. She is so nice and so intelligent anyone would be lucky to have her as their vet
