Al staff here are incredible. You can see how much they care and make the experience so easy. You can tell how much pride they take in their work and how much they care

Thank you to the team at Medivet New Chester Road today. After a stray cat arrived looking run down and poorly, we took him the vets, after being abruptly turned away from the Vets on Bromborough Croft Estate. The vet checked him over, scanned him for a chip and advised us what to do next. They even donated a cat carrier to ensure he was transported safely. Every member of the team were absolutely amazing, kind and caring. We will be back and thank you so much.

Great vets can’t recommend them enough
Dog had hematoma surgery it has since filled up 3 times in space of 11 days after being told it would not happen again surgery was not what vet said he was going to do I had two 2nd opinions off other vets both said he didn't do the correct surgery for it not to keep coming back one vet said it was disgraceful then trying to contact vets to speak to someone in charge is like pulling teeth out no one knows anything never any senior staff in
Superb vets. From receptionists, nursing staff to both the vets I can recommend them highly. Listen to you, perfect care for your pet. Even when no more could be done the end was handled with compassion. Thank you all for trying. R.I.P Fuzzy cat.
Would not take direct payment from my insurance, had to cough up nearly £1200 of my own money and was told to claim it back myself. They have had my insurance forms for 7 days and still haven't sent them off, so I can claim my money back, as they have been too busy. great animal care, not so good customer care.
I would like to thank Allport Vet Surgery and all of their staff. Although we did not visit very often due to my elderly house cat getting so distressed by having to leave the house, on the rare occasions that we needed an appointment, they were always helpful and fit us in. They were not only gentle and understanding towards our cat, but also us.
