Plenty of room in the car park. Whilst I was wondering how to carry my heavy cat, one of the staff came out to carry it for me. Very kind of her. The female vet and all the other staff were friendly and efficient. When it was time to go, the same person who had carried my cat in came to carry it out for me. A very stress free visit.

Great vets who are always happy to give advice and friendly support. They provide pet owners with access to an online vet service, vidivet, which is absolutely fantastic. We used it for a minor ailment and the vets were so responsive and helpful. Even at 9:45pm on a Monday night we got advice within 10 minutes of requesting it, with lots of detail on how to manage it ourselves and more importantly when it may need escalating to an in person vet appointment. They even followed up a few days later to see how our pet was doing. Provided peace of mind for these little cuties that cause us so much worry.
Just back from taking our pup for her annual vaccs, saw Ian (last few times it has been Pav). Everything is always explained, obvious love for the animals. Everyone is friendly from when you walk in. Another pup was sick whilst waiting, not a problem, dealt with quickly and kindly - just what you need when you're a worried owner. Thank you all.
We have King Charles which we adopted 2yrs ago because his owner died. We've never had a dog so it we needed a lot of advice and help. The Vets and Staff at Parker and Crowther were a tremendous help to us and we can't thank them enough. We took Flash when he was five he's seven now. He went yesterday, they always attend to him extremely well and we always feel reassured. He was very overweight when we adopted him they helped us with all advice and he looks like a different dog now. We love him so much, Our beautiful King Charles (Flash) attended Parker and Crowther vets in Birkdale yesterday for his injection and annual check. They were extremely good to him and treated him in a very professional manner.
Been using P&C for my cats for well over 20 years. Always friendly and professional. I can always get an appointment when needed, which may be at one of their other branches especially if it’s a weekend emergency but the service is consistent throughout. I highly recommend them.
This was our first visit to the practice, Laura the vet was really kind, gentle and reassuring with Toby, he’s a nervous cat at the vets but today id never seen him so calm with a vet before. I think because Laura was really confident in the way she handled him even though I’d said he could be “scratchy” when stressed she used his name all the time …. And told him what a gorgeous boy he was! Fantastic visit
I have just moved into the area from Bedfordshire and you came highly recommended. I was very happy how you greeted my dogs and made them feel as relaxed as possible. Very useful for future visits!
Friendly vets - always makes our cat feel comfortable and she is checked over thoroughly every time we visit. Well worth joining the monthly plan to cover annual vaccinations and 3 monthly flee and worm treatments to help keep her healthy.
Excellent practice - all staff are professional and friendly, they treat your pet like they could be their own. Highly recommended
