   Since our registering with the vets we found the treatment to be invasive and overzealous. It felt like the treatments were being carried out in order to charge money rather than for the welfare of our baby boy. Towards the end of his life there were suggestions to carry out investigations although the vet confirmed that even if an issue was found there would be no treatment available due to his age. Further although we had insurance cover we needed to pay for all treatments in full. The invoices would be then submitted by the vets so we would be reimbursed, It could take weeks and often needed several chasers for the invoice to be submitted to the insurance. We recently lost our baby boy and have not had any contact from the practice it reaffirms our belief that all they were interested in was money.

   Village vets Crosby are always there when needed. Amazing practice . ALL the staff are amazing. Christine the vet was exceptional as usual . We wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else. She listened to our concerns and thoroughly checked our dogs before prescribing medication. She gave helpful advice regarding keeping our pets safe and stress free during fireworks season. Thank you Village Vets Crosby .

   I've been a member here for a year and every time they make my kitty's visit as lovely as possible. You can tell straight away everyone there loves interacting with every animal that walks in and the cat waiting room is really relaxing for anxious kitties. So much so my cat fell asleep for a little bit while waiting for her appointment even though she was really nervous getting there. The vets are so caring and patient and I would recommend this vets highly

   Been going to this Vets practice for 6 years now and even before we got our cat Luna, the practice offered free friendly advice and tips how look after, what food etc to feed then our new kitten, that we were getting from an animal rescue sanctuary The whole team in Crosby have been really lovely and patient with both ourselves and our cat. Always offering advice when needed. Like most cats Luna gets quite anxious going to the vets, but love how they have a cat "only" space for her to wait in until she is seen to. Very friendly and professional team there. Would highly recommend them

   I wanted to register my 3 cats with Village Vets, however I have been told they can only take on VIP memberships which cost £25 per cat per month. Absolutely extortionate and immoral to charge the clients those prices, whether they use services or not. Very disappointed.

   A pleasant greeting when arriving. Only a few minutes after my appointment time. When taken in the room the vet gave both the boys a good examination. He gave me a full run down of problems then gave me all the low down on treatment in detail. When leaving the girls at the front gave the boys a treat. A great experience for both the dogs and me

   Anxious about moving vets practice but everyone was very welcoming and pleasant. Nice and calm reception area. I just wish I would have moved here long time ago. My cat seemed to like it there as well as she seemed relaxed. I also like that there is a separate area only for cats , that to me is very important.

   Village vets are superb with our dogs. We’ve got a quirky pack of 3 terriers that are all known by name and personality. Staff are so friendly and put the dogs at ease. They’d go for a visit every week if they could!!

   Such lovely staff who treat both human and animals with such kindness. From being warmly greeted by the receptionist to being handled with such care by the vet, our dachshund and two cats have been so deeply cared for at Village vets. The text service has also been brilliant for those moments when we’ve been concerned about a pet, but not sure if we need to bring them in. To be able to text for support and solutions has been brilliant. They call it a VIP service and it certainly is.
