Lack of tills and staff to run them is very apparent. Prescription service isn't great and that's being kind. Everything that should be simple here like collecting a monthly prescription on auto renew seems like such a chore. 3 times in less than a year the message doesn't arrive to say to collect then they just forget about you.

A friend of mine came to collect a prescription from out of hours service on Saturday and Sally Harris in the Pharmacy team went above and beyond your normally good service to ensure I was able to get my prescription before the store closed. She was so helpful and very much appreciated Thank you

Do go here to shop and everytime its chaos. You need a couple of self scans if you arent going to staff it. With regards to pharmacy its painful even when there isnt a queue. Staff will just hide in corner out of sight. When you do get seen 30 mins to put a cream in a bag is a joke.

A very helpful Lady pharmacist works her along with her very knowledgeable staff, the got me out of a predicament. I was looking for a curtain medication for my wife and they were more than happy to help and even went so far as to recommend a different, more accessible type. I was very grateful and would recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Avoid picking up prescriptions between 1pm and 2pm if possible, UNLESS the items have already been approved by the chemist, as they may be on their lunch break and other members of staff will not be allowed to approve the items. Found this out at the Boots in Colwyn Bay, when staff could not sell us soluble Disprin, as the chemist was on lunch and the item was 'behind the pharmacy counter'.

My pharmacy didn’t give me the correct repeat prescription and as they close at 11am on a Saturday, I couldn’t get any of my tablets. After a phone around, Boots in Mold said they could help. When we got there, we had a lovely welcome from the pharmacist Sally, who couldn’t have been more helpful. She checked my details and supplied me with an emergency prescription. All done within 10 minutes. She was friendly and reassuring. Thank you so much.
