You can tell she truly cares for her doggy customers and takes time to get to know them. Over time my dog has needed operations on his back and knee and Sarah has been extra considerate and adapted to find ways to keep him comfortable yet still looking neat and clean! She has always kept our appointments and the new mold salon is well-equipped and secure, I feel safe leaving my dog with her at every appointment. I will be returning for years to come as I know he will be well-looked after during his groom sessions even in future as he ages x”

When we got there, we had a lovely welcome from the pharmacist Sally, who couldn’t have been more helpful. She checked my details and supplied me with an emergency prescription. All done within 10 minutes. She was friendly and reassuring. Thank you so much.”
