   Visited the store this morning looking for a specific product but regrettably there wasn't a single one on the fridge shelf. I asked an assistant if she could help me by checking the stock and she immediately scanned for the item. She said it was out of stock but would go and check. Five minutes later she came back to say it was out of stock and that she had checked the delivery for tomorrow too. They weren't expecting any in tomorrow either sorry. What excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional, kind and efficient and went the extra mile. Thank you Carol for all your help this morning.

   Tesco in Mold had a good and varied selection to choose from, they have a pharmacy and fresh bread. The staff here were really lovely, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sold too.

   Have shopped here for decades and love the shop- but this ridiculous new thing of having to put a pound coin in to get you shopping trolley is a nightmare! It’s taking things right back to the 1980’s! What a stupid thing to have done, ruins the shopping experience after decades of happy Tesco memories

   Can’t leave a zero regrettably. I’ve actively tried and succeeded to avoid this store for quite a long time now due to attitudes of the staff at this store. Unfortunately I had to use it this week and I’ve been reminded why I don’t want to use this store. Self scan staff are sarcastic, rude and after then proceed to ignore you… just blank you. They fail to answer your questions and instead just sarcastically repeat the half baked answer they’ve concocted in their head with key details missing in the words that make it to their mouths. I won’t ever use this store again I have no issues with staff at any other supermarket or any other Tesco for that matter just this one.

   at the cafe in mold tesco. woman with grey hair was rude. arguing with a other staff member in front of customers. no hair nets being warn while working with food. how has food hygiene passed them on 5.

   The road to the car park has several bad pot holes which have to be swerved round. The price of petrol is 3 p a litre dearer than Tesco Broughton Park. Found out today the meat and fish counters are closing for good this month, this is very disappointing as the deli has already gone. More and more services disappearing. More self service tills than ever, so longer queues at the few remaining tills. It’s seems the object is to get rid of as many staff as possible at the expense of providing good customer service. It’s a pity there isn’t an alternative nearby.

   2022 March: Great variety of vegan products. However I'm disappointed that you still sell Russian products (Dove, Rexona, Lynx, etc. cosmetics) 2022 Jan: I had vegan English breakfast. Very delicious.
