   I found that certain staff seem extremely unhappy in the workplace and are straight up rude. I got looked at like dirt when my card declined for diesel by a short, older female member of staff. Some staff are lovely and will go above and beyond for customers, but some staff are extremely rude and speak to their colleagues in a negative manner. I came in on Tuesday and heard negative comments about customers too. And apparently the till and fuel system was down earlier this week.

   I recently had an exceptional experience at my local Spa, and I am compelled to share my gratitude. They went above and beyond in an unexpected way. I needed to find a place to post something via Royal Mail, and the staff were incredibly kind and genuinely helpful in guiding me to the nearest location. In a time when genuine customer service can be hard to come by, their assistance stood out remarkably. Their willingness to help with something outside of their primary services made my visit even more special. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for their superb customer service and their extraordinary commitment to customer care. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with warmth and genuine concern, this is it. Thank you for making my day a little easier and much more pleasant! I will always use your forecourt to fill up with fuel or pop in to buy any necessities.

   The staff. All incredibly friendly and helpful. I pop in most early mornings for my coffee and bits and bobs and am always greeted warmly with a bit of banter and a few jokes and excellent customer service. Thoroughly recommend!

   Staff refusing to serve at post office till at the front before the main post office opens at 9am. They normally serve there as it does state on the website open at 7am. Member of staff said we dont have enough staff yet had a member of staff called to help with the spar queue. As I walked to the main post office two members of staff stood talking with cups of tea. Poor service. I use the spar because I live in Buckley but will drive somewhere else from now on.
