I don't know what's changed in St David's co-op but for the last few weeks whatever I seem to want hasn't been on the shelves but they have stock in the back, when I've asked & the wait at the tills is longer. They seem to be struggling without Sara, Ted & Jamie. I'm just hoping it's new staff bedding in.

Busy and well used shop, mainly because it's really the only shop in the development. The next closest shop is just shy of a mile away, and is also a co-op.... Usually there is a decent selection of fresh meat and vegetables, plenty of choices for dinner if you can't be bothered to do a proper shop. As is with the co-op, the prices are certainly not the cheapest but your paying for the convenience. Staff are generally pleasant, polite and helpful.

Usual small supermarket sells most essentials. Nice staff

I have no issues with the staff or the quality of the produce and goods in store. However, we have been having an issue with the noise from the air conditioning cooling fans that are installed very close to houses at the back of the store. This has usually been an issue in the summer and although it really puts a damper on using our garden it is sort of understandable. However, recently the problem has been constant. The fans appear to run at full blast from the moment the store opens until it closes at 10pm. I have repeatedly contacted the Co-op who apparently cannot get hold of the store manager (huh?) and apart from telling me they escalated the matter nothing seems to happen. Come on Co-op… apart from not being a considerate neighbour you should consider noise pollution, wasting resources, environmental issues, etc. after all, isn’t this what is supposed to make you different from the rest?

Shopped there today, very organised and safe. I would like to send a message to a young man who works there, I've pulled my knee out so I was struggling to walk with my items, he asked if I was ok and re asserted this. Through this strange pandemic, nice people are everywhere, so Thank you Co-op

This shop has all the essentials needed and is well stocked at all times. The staff are often friendly which is nice when paying for your goods. The location is really pleasant surrounded by respected houses and a nice pond next door. Self service payment points are available but only if you are paying by card. The addition of a Costa Coffee Express machine is a great benefit if you fancy a quick drink. Also featured, is an ATM machine outside which is available 24/7. A good times to grab some reduced bargains here is from around 18:00 - 21:00. One negative about this shop is that at busy times, the parking can become stressful and frustrating due to spaces being limited. Overall, a nice store to grab some food and your essentials.
