Can’t even give 0 stars! Disgusting attitude and behaviour from a member of staff called DIANA with short blonde hair at the Mold shop!! Followed my two young girls around the shop and scared the life out of them. Watching, stalking and making them so uncomfortable that my own child left the shop and had a panic attack as well as her own mental health needs. I did make my views clear and loud, yes another customer heard me what happened but I wasn’t let this Diana think she can treat people never mind children like that. They are petrified to go back into the shop as she followed them around every aisle, giving disgusting looks to them and was so sarcastic to even get her to apologise to them infront of me. Treating two young children like that is appalling, they are learning into the world and people scare them and treat them like this…? ! Do not take your children in there whilst she is on shift you don’t know if she is watching them. Baring in mind my child has complex needs which are not visible and that I also carry a sunflower land yard. Disgusting human being watching and staring on young children. Shame on you for treating adults and children with health issues disgustingly.

Absolutely Terrible customer service . Liam Faulkner the assistant manager n the mold store he discriminates you if you CANT wear a face mask . When I asked for his name I was told not to shop there anymore !!Disgraceful, what a lovely role model he is to the staff. The Law states that no one in a shop is to ask you why you havent got a mask on. He also told me I will be fined while standing in front of customers and colleagues. If this is superdrug head office policy to bully people who cant wear a mask i will never set foot in one again. I have already took this matter further as he has breached the act of disability act 2010.
