First time taking my pup for vaccinations They were so nice and so knowledgeable! Puppy enjoyed the fuss and the treats! Such a great experience that he'll remember and hopefully will mean he's never afraid or nervous going to the vets in the future!
Warm friendly service from people that care about your animals. I always feel there is a genuine interest and concern from everyone at Gatehouse, staff are knowledgeable and efficient. One of the best practices I've used and seems extremely well run.
I can thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice, the staff are wonderfully friendly, helpful people and everywhere is spotlessly clean. I was trying to register an older animal belonging to a homeless person, this seemed to be a big problem for another practice in the city, the receptionist was snooty so I decided to call into Borras Vets, the reception there was vastly different. Unfortunately there was a shortage of immediate appointments due the 2 consecutive bank holiday weekends so I took the first availability, however, this was not needed on the day so I cancelled and offered to pay because of the short notice but they wouldn't hear of it and assured me they would be able to fill the space time and again, which I thought was very good of them. Should I ever have a pet of my own in the future I shall definitely make this practice my first port of call.
Do not use this vets - took our frenchie for his initial injections and checks, all was fine until now our dog is 13 months and we’ve been told he has a heart problem which should of been picked up on initial checks and it never so now we have no option but to put our 13 month old puppy down all because the vets failed to do their checks correctly. Be very careful !!
Sainsbury's at Plas Coch Wrexham is a friendly store. We have used it for years. We can park easily and never have to wait long in queues.Last week the queues were a bit long and an assistant offered to take use through the self checkout in order that we did not have to wait. We are both senior citizens and this was a help.
Always very helpful , our pets have been going there for years . Highly recommend them.
Great staff nothing too much trouble. Vet did an excellent job removing a tumour from one of our elderly cats. Recovered straight away is is back to her elderly self as soon as she came home.
Great Vets, look after my monsters Stanley and Angel. Covid secure. Would highly recommend.
