   I would recommend Animal Trust Vets in Wrexham. The team are professional, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. We took our giant rabbit in for surgery and felt reassured from the start. They took time to explain everything beforehand, checked her teeth and clearly explained aftercare and diet when we collected her. There was no pressure to buy anything, and the staff were genuinely caring. An asset to the community.

   Reasonable pricing, always find availability, not 24hr or overnight on site but linked to hospital branch. Vets work late. Free consultation. Staff friendly, informative, open with discussion and not dismissive to dog, iv had this before due to breed. Lots of staff present so good knowledge based to draw from. Open space waiting room and car park but large hump on entry so slow right down to avoid damage to car or injured pet. Large scale by entrance for weighing. Grateful for thier help, kindness and knowledge.

   The whole team at Wrexham are all incredible, I say the whole team because even the receptionists are so warm and welcoming. I have had to visit on a regular basis recently. My one girl needed emergency Pyometra surgery and she recovered so quickly with their care. They have also been wonderful with helping me with a litter of puppies and the mum. The online chat is also such a help if you just need reassurance. You can send a photograph of the concern and they advise you. They never make me feel I’m overreacting and see you immediately if needed or are happy to see your pet if you have any concerns for peace of mind. Honesty thank you all so much for everything.

   Professional and considerate staff during a trying time for any pet owner. Having previously been registered elsewhere, the ability to book an appointment online was a big plus for Animal Trust Wrexham. Communications were great, treatment and progress was quick and all conversations were informative. Recommended.

   Having to take your dog to be put to sleep is 1 of the hardest things I've at to witness, the vet was fantastic if that's the right word, I was upset and in shock, but he explained everything and was supportive and the staff. It's so difficult at the moment with the fine line of taking cash after the experience, but unfortunately money is the carrot for everyone. I would recommend this vet, and a big thank you for making this experience easier, genuine care goes a long way

   Sadly in May we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog Trooper he's was 12yrs old and he was an amazing dog. Animals trust were so lovely and after he had passed they took paw prints and sent them to us. I was so surprised to receive them in the post as we didn't know they had done this, I have since had the paw tattooed on my leg leg so I can take him for walks always. In September we welcomed our new puppy Willow and once again they have been amazing with her for her puppy jabs. Big thank you xxx

   Words can not say how much animal trust vet’s have done for me. I lost my little girls two weeks ago, no warning just collapsed. I phoned and took Lilly my dog straight in, they were so professional. The news was not good, and had to let her go over the rainbow. I was so taken back with there kindness at the time. Then today I received a card with Lilly’s foot prints. Omg I am so great full for this. Your all amazing and I have no words to thank you all. Simply The Best ❤️❤️❤️❤️
